    What a splendid idea. I love making Breakfast Quiche but I had never thought about baking them in a muffin pan. This way you don't have to guess the calories or servings. I am thinking about trying this method at my family's Christmas brunch this year. Thanks for sharing this with us.:flowerforyou:

    I got around to making these late this afternoon, planning to freeze them for breakfasts. But, they smelled so good that we couldn't resist having a couple for dinner. They were delicious!
