Ideas? dont love chicken/eggs

I have to try harder with my calories-I eat a lot of carbs. I am definitely lazy--grab and go foods too.
I can't eat plain eggs and I do not really love chicken-
Any ideas on protein? I feel like if I eat more protein, I will feel less hungry and want to eat less carbs.

I'm in the same boat. I don't love chicken and I eat too many carbs. I'm also someone that doesn't really like to cook, so I grab whatever is laying around. I do like hard-boiled eggs, but I can't eat egg whites in the morning. I try to eat more nuts like almonds and walnuts. I also really like beans. Sometimes for a quick dinner, I cook brown rice, add some black beans, salsa, maybe avocado if I have it. Its simple and tastes good and the beans add a lot of protein and fiber. There's a zillion chili recipes out there. You can make a vegetable chili with whatever beans you have. Just throw it in the crock pot. Hoenestly, I have yet to find the best, easiest chili recipe, but my search continues...I also do a protein bar in the afternoons after work because that is my binge time. I get a little bit of sweet to curb my cravings and get the protein I need to get me through the rest of the day. Sometimes I will have string cheese with some carrots or cherry tomatoes. I've read that you should eat protein with a source of fiber to keep you full. I try to follow that rule. I'd love to hear what others say, since I struggle with protein too.0

OK, so no chicken or its offspring. How about "the other white meat" (pork)? And hey, beef is not the enemy, either.
Do you like turkey? You don't have to cook a Thanksgiving-sized bird, just a breast. Or how about a combination...turkey bacon! I love it, and at 35 cals. per slice, with loads of protein, it rocks. Then there''s ground turkey which, as a former carnivore of hamburger, I can attest to being a great subsititute for ground chuck in just about any recipe!
Then there's peanut butter. Well, OK, it;s chock full of calories and fat, too, but you can get the diet kind at health food stores.0
