Start a lifting program and stick with it! Need to tone up...I don't look how I want to even though I'm at my goal weight...booo. :grumble:0

My 2013 resolution is basically to not give up on the changes I made in 2012. I'm seeing positive results in my health, and I want to keep moving in that direction.0

Seems silly to make resolutions when the world may or may not end in 2.5 weeks. I will reassess on the 22nd if I'm unraptured.0

To try a new (healthy) recipe once a week! I have so many cookbooks, that act as mere food porn...

No resolutions....only goals....we are brought up to believe that it's OK to set a resolution and break it. Set goals....Set the path for success0
