Made these and are serioulsy so yummy! No oils, butter, or sugar used! Only 40 calories per one too with fiber :) There isnt any sugar since I used the Stevia Extract...all natural :) Tried to copy and paste the recipe below...if you have questions let me know :)

BAKED at 350 for 20 minutes. I used the mini muffin pan which is why it made 32...but you could use the regular one too. I also went generous on the stevia.

    You just did "save" it by posting. :-) I've got to try these too. LOVE it esp at this calorie count. I've never baked with Stevia but use it all the time. Does it hold up OK baking it alone...no other sweetener needed? Thanks for posting this.
