These are things I buy every single week:
Strawberries
Bananas
Apples
Grapes
Spinach
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Zucchini
Squash
onions
Lean ground beef
Boneless skinless chicken breast
Deli sliced turkey
Deli sliced roast beef
Sandwich thins
Bagel thins
2% American Cheese
Shredded Cheddar
Eggs
Milk
Bottled Water
Perrier
Juice (for my daughter)
And those are just the basics (I'm sure I have forgotten some). There are still other things I have to get each week depending on what we're cooking for dinner throughout the week. We almost always eat dinner at home (home-cooked) and go out to eat ONLY on special occasions. I also take my lunch to work every single day. I will go out for lunch with a co-worker maybe once a month.
Tell me about your shopping list!
Our average weekly bill is usually in between $130 to $150

Occasionally I buy Tasty Bite meals when I haven't had time to cook my dinners and once every month or so, I splurge and buy a loaf of bread from Sprout's called an Olive Batard. I quarter that and put it in the freezer where I get to eat 1/4 of a loaf once a week (too high in sodium to do more than that!)0 -
