    Can I ask how long did it take for you to achieve your ideal weight?

    Been losing steadily since Jan 2011. Moved to University September 2011 and I guess eating less became more normal and walking to Uni everyday etc helped me lose quite a bit. Then this Summer I ramped things up by going to the gym and watching what I ate.

    So, in brief, I guess you could say just under 2 years. But really the weight loss became more apparent in the 4/5 months I went for it earlier on in the year (+ continuing to do so!)
