Running and Cuboid Syndrome

I developed cuboid syndrome (subluxation) after doing a 10k that I was not ready for and just pushed myself through. Yeah, stupid, I know....
I have plans to see my chiropractor who also specializes in running injuries. Apparently, it can be popped back into place.
Has anyone ever had this? What can I do to speed up my recovery?
