Hey there just looking for some more friends with similar goals! I'm currently 129 aiming to lose 5-10 pounds.

Hello there! I am also trying to lose those stubborn 10 last lbs... i started at 142 and went down to 125... need to lose a few more to be happy with the way i look... keep it up! lets do this together0

I'm 5'2" and I weigh 143. My goal weight is 125. Is that reasonable? I'm 15 and I thought it would be easy since i'm young but it's not.0

5'6" trying to go from 144 to 125. I'm at 136 right now. Kicked things off with a month of 1200 cal and Jillian's 30 Day Shred. Bumped up to 1300 cal this month and random workout videos and other exercise. Good luck!0

STOAST - if you don't mind me asking...how,is the "bumping up" going so far? I just upped my calories from 1200 tp 1350 last week so I don't have a lot of data yet ( tomorrow is my weigh in day). I love having the extra allotment but it seems counterintuitive to weight loss.0 -
I'm 5'4.5" 162lbs and plan to be around 125 by the end of spring. I have my calories at approx 1400 per day. I don't feel like I'm gaining additional weight w cardio and weight training included. Been avoiding weighing my self till the end of the month. Hope I'm gaining muscle as well as decreasing fat.0

So far so good. I'm still losing 1-1.5 lb per week. My maintenance calorie inake for my goal weight is around 1750. So essentially, even if I ate the full 1750 I should slowly loose weight until I hit my goal then should just maintain (in theory). I was worried that eating only 1200 then suddenly bumping up to 1700 would be a bad thing. So far the slowly bumping up has worked. Hope it works for you. I also had a good outcome when i upped my calorie intake... i was trying to stay within 1200 and had to go up to 1300 once i hit my plateau... i was stuck at 125 and a couple of days after i upped them, i started losing weight again. I did however go back down to 1200 and now i'm still going and almost to my goal of 120lbs... I'm actually thinking about going all the way to 115lbs (my pre-baby weight) but we'll see how that goes...0
