Hey everyone! I'm hoping that I did the right decision by joining this site, at home there is no encouragement or motivation for me to lose weight. I hope that I can meet some nice people who will help me with this journey that I have been stuggling with for years. And I will do the same :happy:

    It's hard when there are people around you who don't subscribe to the same lifestyle, but soon you'll find people falling into step ;) I started back in May, and while my loss has been slow, but I've found my dad (who I live with) starting to try to eat less and wanting to come on my runs once or twice per week with me.
