Hey all!

I'm a Canadian, 5'7" girl who weighs 190lbs, and I'm lookin' to get healthy!!!

I've done this before, and fell off the MFP wagon :( but I'm back and looking to get into shape! I'm going to Cambodia this summer to teach English, and I want to be physically fit and healthy in order to have the time of my life!

I'm a university student, so pretty sedentary lifestyle. I'm aiming for about 1200 calories/day and a little exercise that I can fit into my schedule :)

Add me as a friend, and LET'S DO THIS!!! :D

    A fellow Canuck! Welcome to the MFP family! :) It's a great group and there is so much support to be had - you'll enjoy your time here.

    Feel free to add me for support - I'm online every day, ha ha (that sounds counter-intuitive considering what we're trying to do!) And... as an aside, I know my uni offered a free gym membership to all students, so if yours does too, that will go a long way to help on your journey.

    it's real. lol!!! I went to Canada a long time ago for the Expo in 85 (I think... could have been 86) and met for the first time Canadians who said "eh". but I always thought it was "aye". lol!!!
