I can't seem to stop eating this week. I have a good day and then a bad. I keep alternating. It's been "mostly" good stuff but just too much of it. Thank goodness I'm still exercising.
I must get back on track and get serious about losing these last 15lbs.:grumble:
Anybody else having an off week and not sure why?
It seems like a bunch of us that normally do relatively well are having a bad week.
We've got to come up with a plan. Not sure what yet but we have to come up something.
Lets ponder on this....
