Hey everyone my name is michelle... for the past few months i have been walking and working out to lose weight and fight depression. it has been almost 2 months and im down some pounds and not fighting depression as much. i have a great support team ( my sister and friend of the family) which are also doing the same thing as i am, but the more support would be great...

    May I suggest adding dancing to your programme? I find it excellent for both weight management and fighting depression :)
