Yoga?

I would like to start doing yoga, anyone know were I can find something to do this either super cheap or even free?

    When I started out, I was afraid I'd injure myself unless I got instruction from a yoga teacher in a classroom setting. Some communities have donation yoga classes -- check your local paper -- in my town there is a weekly class at the Buddhist church that suggests only $5 a class.
