    Tues: 390- 10 miles on bike
    Wed: 590- 10 miles on bike, 30 mins weight lifting~ bench, lat pulls, leg press, 20 mins Step Aerobics
    Thurs: 710- 15 miles on bike, 30 mins weight lifting, step aerobics
    means I need to bust out 718 cals on Fri, Sat and Sun to reach my goal !

    Last week my goal was a little too high- actually suffered a bad cold by end of week, so this week taking it down

    4400 goal- 3883 done- 517 remaining- ironically that is exactly what my Zumba class I team teach at will be 517!
    Plus my daughter just got hired on at the gyms I teach at, and wants to work out- so I may jut get on an elliptical or treadmill and walk out some soreness from the week- Body Pump kicked my butt- I want to increase that into my workout week at least 2X per week! :)

    Very happy with my burn- going to set my target higher next week, since I teach some additional classes
