Does any one have any ideas for a good filling snack for in between lunch and supper?

do you have quark in your country? We have it and its very dense, 68 cal for 100 gramms and a lot of protein, without fat. Its so dense I mostly have to add water or milk, sometimes juice to get it smooth. You can add savory or sweet flavours - love it. An alternative is cottage cheese.... yet its a huge difference in flavour^^0

Popcorn, rice cakes , salads Whole eggs ,egg beaters with fat free cheese0

Store bought stuff:
Life Choice bars (in Walmart in over by the cereal bars)
Terra Chips
Whole grain cereals (portioned out at home)
Special K crackers
Popcorn cakes
Low or non fat cottage cheese
Home made stuff:
Any fruit or veggies
Peanut butter and Jelly sandwhich on wasa crackers or popcorn/rice cakes (with half the pb and j)
Turkey or ham (just meat) with cheese wrapped into little roll ups and microwaved till melted (I eat these all the time)
Plain non fat greek yogurt and a drizzle of honey (berries on top are good as well)
Ovaltine heated with half water and half milk0 -
Will said snack be taken to work or eaten at home?0
