mostly cause I'm bored : ) - pets

Ok, So I am bored and its Friday... So lets find out what and how many pets people have...

I have

a cat Anastasia Beaverhausen - aka Stinkey Face
Five rats - Patsy aka "old", Cooch aka "mean", Gracie Lou Freebush aka "fat", Jet aka "not fat ", Ella Fiztgerald aka "bitey/biter"
Beta - Punky Brewster

I have 3 cats
Beanie - the black diva
Spout - who is more handsome than he is smart
Klunk - whose name says it all. She is a manx.

Just the 1 dog - a Husky named Tasha She thinks she's a human.

That is SOOOO like my dog! She's part Husky, part Dachshund (short-haired), and also named Tasha. Yes, sounds like an awkward mix, but picture a miniture Husky with a slightly longer back and short hair - doesn't look that awkward at all

I also have a Beagle/Jack Russel mix named Chloe and she still acts like a pup and keeps an eye on my when I work out to make sure I'm ok :laugh:

Franky: 13yo Hound dog
Molly: 5yo Border collie/Great Pyrenese
Bella: 3yo Yellow Lab/Australian Shepard.

Zack, 8 year old Pembroke Welch Corgi (turned 8 on tuesday)

1, Jack Russell Terrier -"Madison "1/2 human 1/2 canine ;-) She's my BFF age 8 goes everywhere with me.

2 ,Horses- Both Registered Quarter Horses",Rosie-"32 , enjoying retirement ,and " Lexi" -13 -ridden 4 times a week.

4 cats

Jinxsie - 3yo female, calico
Hopkins - >1yo male medium hair, black with a little white on his neck and belly
Isaac - >1yo male short hair, silver and white tabby
Isabella - <1yo female looong hair, dilute calico

Hard to estimate exact ages, because all but Jinxsie are rescue cats. :-)

3 great dogs:

Maggie - 1 3/4 year old beagle / shih tzu mix (she's my avatar)
Tread - 12 year old beagle /shih tzu mix
Daisy - 11 year old miniature schnauzer / poodle mix

1 great husband:

Randy - 47 year old semi-trained (at least he's housebroken)


...what does everyone's pet look like? You know how they say that people often look like their pets & vice versa? Our pets are all in pretty good shape (in fact, their nutrition was TONS better than ours and then we got serious and made our nutrition better). In fact, Maggie & Tread actually get time on the treadmill almost daily!

I know - it makes us sound like we're nuts, but I guess you could say that we're a "fitness family"!

Hey Banks, is your Corgi on the heavy side (I've heard they tend toward pudginess, as do beagles & schnauzers)?

Diesel~ Full blooded St Bernard 1 1/2 yrs old...great dog but loves to steal things from neighbors to chew on...LAZY!
Lily~ Puggle 1yr 3 mon...the poopmonster...thats why shes outside!
Bella~ pug 4mons today :-) she is a BRAT...chews, bites, barks...hides all the socks! But she is my BABY!!
Tiger~ my cat who thinks he is king but hates it when Bella chases him through the house lol about 4-5 yrs old

The last dog I grew up with that my parents still have is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi; she'll be 11 this year. My brother and I named her Corkie - creative, huh? They've got her on a diet because she got too many treats :laugh:

@stratdl, my friends have pure bred beagles and the one they fixed is FAT!! She'll eat them out of house and home if they let her :laugh: The non-fixed one is not slim, but no where's near as fat.

1 ADORABLE 8 year old long hair tortoise shell kittie- Princess Adeline Fluffybottom (she has her mom fully trained and house broken)

1 fiesty (yes fiesty) Turtle named Gertrude. (if she was a little quicker she'd bite my nose off given the opportunity... thank god she's slow.)

They're my goils and I love them! :bigsmile:

we just got an 8 week old black male dachshund.............."Oscar".........he sooooo cute! Love him already!
