    I'm 5'4" and my GW is 125lbs...
    I weighed myself a few days ago and I still weighed 140(my start weight) but I know I'm losing because I can see my pooch shrinking everyday.

    take those measurements, they can show more progress

    I'm 5'8" and my initial goal weight is 186lbs. Which I know seems heavy, until I say that that's lighter than I was at 13yo and over 100lbs lighter than my SW.

    5'7" and 130-135'ish I was rail thin at 120, so need to add some to be reasonable. Currently at 191 and just entered the Overweight Zone from the Obese.
