    I'm going to try for 50 again. Last month I kept on getting too sick so there were a few weeks running was totally out of the question for me.

    Hopefully this month is better!

    even if you start at the end of the month its better than not starting at all....so get moving....
    Oops, the month is sort of getting away from me...and I need to get moving again! And I need this challenge! :smile:

    Since I'm down a week already, I better adjust my goal at 60 miles.

    Ditto. How does one make a mile ticker?

    Can I join now? If yes, I would set for 20 miles, Not a great distance but then I'm not very active.

    I am fairly new here, too (not a moderator), but I am sure you can join any time! I guess there are others, but most people use tickerfactory.com to make a ticker- it is very easy. Then, copy the link starting with "[ URL = " into your post. A ticker is NOT required for the challenge, it is just for fun. If you want, just post your goal and your miles per day.

    For me, 5.5 on the treadmil today, decent pace.

    (I did 10 miles on the stationary bike today, too - trying to mix up the cardio - but for this challenge I am only counting where my feets carry me.)
