Hello,
I am new on here! Trying to log my exercise for the day. Is there an easier way of just saying "strength training 30 minutes?" or do we have to put in each exercise/rep/weight?
Thanks,
Lindsey

I just put everything under the gen Arobics line put in all my planned food (and try to stick with it) but if I eat a few potato chips or a couple of nuts during the day I don't bother to put them in, so I'm pretty general about my entries to give me a general Idea. I don't really stress to much about being excact and so far in the last 3 weeks i've lost 12 lbs. Oh but if your gonna eat like a bag of chips a whole candy bar or your going to do Just one (completly non arobic excersise, like just bench pressing for a half an hour) Make sure you do put those in0
