this is the final "update" i am going to make as i feel like ive got somewhere,,
started off at 129KG and cut down to 89kg.... now after a little weights i am at 95KG (210lbs)
im now a fitness fanatic, interval junkie who love spinning and Circuits - OH an confident, assertive & mainly
