how to reduce moobs/man'sbreast ???

please suggest me some exercises for cutting the fat in my chest what should i do is it permnant???

    Work out on a weight bench. benchpressing will build muscle and help reduce size but make sure you do High repition with low weights to lose weight, because Low reps with High weight builds up your chest.

    Heaps of Cardio as well will burn off the fat so running/jogging/ cycling/swimming/rowing etc actually swimming would probably be the best as it works those muscle groups as well. Basic press ups would help your chest too :0)

    Another training program that can take you from being able to do just one pushup, to a hundred in just a few weeks too.

    Once the fat has been reduced, your skin should shrink back, being only 19 goes a lot in your favor as your skin loses its elasticity as you get older. As long as you eat right, lose weight gradually and keep hydrated you should be fine! :0)
