I was so exhausted yesterday, that I can't recall if I did my 45 or not. So I did yesterday's 45 and today's 50 today! I think I will start using weights!0

Completed five days out of the first week of the challenge. Learning to break them down into my day as well as my routine. Pretty good challenge!0

thank goodness for the rest day today...spent the morning shoveling snow and will be shoveling more tonight after the plow finally comes through...damn snowblower broke...:(0
