benefits of kefir

ive been told that this stuff is very good for you but how exactly? does anyone eat it on a regular basis? and Ive heard it makes you regular? Is it like greek yogurt?
I love it with some honey (but i should probably reduce the honey I put in lol) ive just started eating it it tastes soo nice:)

    It has probiotics just like a regular yogurt. It is basically a yogurt drink, I don't think there is much difference, but I could be wrong. It would be great to add to smoothies

    Yeah, is there any reason we should drink this instead of just eating yogurt?

    My boyfriend used to make his own kefir (and kept asking me for a goat to put in the back yard)

    It's pretty easy to make if you have fresh kefir grains. You can either ferment it less and turn it into a drink, strain it more and turn it into labne which is awesome on toast, and he has even made his own feta cheese out of it
  • Most yogurt only has one or two strains of probiotic. Kefir has more than ten. This stuff will seriously revamp your digestive system! It's good for immune health, too.
