Favor to ask...can someone send me a link from ddm? I can't get in at all. Now since I renewed back in Dec it says I am not though I have cc statements and then the letter confirming I did rejoin, I wonder if it is now just kicking me out thinking I did not renew. I did send Jim three letters about this thinking this might happen. Off to email him now that I have his newer email address. Thanks!
here you go Lisa!

My Wake Up Shape Up instructor is subbing for the Kickboxing instructor tomorrow. If the class was a little later in the day I'd try it, but there's no way I'm getting up for an 8:30 class. However, I AM running 6 miles tomorrow THEN doing Aaron's Evacuate the Dancefloor class at 1.0

Sounds like a great exercise day, Teri!!
I am taking it easy tomorrow and before the race Sunday morning.0 -
That is a good idea, Rhonda, you are going to need all that energy, I can't wait to hear how the ride goes! How many ppl are expected to be there?0

OMG Lisa and I ran 8 miles on the canal today. Thank God she's there to push me. I started to walk after 7 miles and she slow jogged beside me for a bit and then encouraged me (ok she said "Come on, girl, you're not tired, let's kick out this last mile" and it motivated me. I finished 8 miles in 1 hour 29 mins and burned 1001 calories!!!0

Whooooooo Teri! Just think of all those extra calories you can have if you want. So proud of you!!:drinker:0

Going for a run again this morning with Lisa. If she wants to push me beyond 6.2 miles today, I'm throwing her in the river where we run.
Any of you LADIES ever blog? You can blog on here and I'd LOVE to read more from you guys than just posts. I'm thinking of trying it. I've actually made a friend on here from Australia and she's in her early 30's. She blogged today and it got me to thinking some of us should try it.
Thoughts?0 -
You all can blog away, I suck at it. Or maybe it is just not my cup of tea, either way if any of you do it I would love to read it.0
-
Teri, did you try the blog thing? It would be interesting to read it.0
-
Nope, not yet. I'm still mulling it over.0

Monday has alwasys been my weigh-in day for myslef at Curves, but somehow Friday ended up being my day for the Biggest Loser challenge we're doing, so now I'm weighing in twice a week..... I'm down another half pound, and I know that I don't need to tell anyone in here just how good it feels to fianlly have the number on the scales heading in the direction you want it to, but I just had to come in here and do my happy dance about it.....
Hmmm..... I wonder how many calories doing a happy dance burns...?:laugh:0 -
I am at my brothers and this computer is so horrible, it does not show alot of stuff like where to submit stuff etc. Way to go Spammy and you go do that happy dance!0
-
Spammy I LOVE it when the scale goes down. Good for you!!!0
-
Hope everyone is having a good start this week!0
-
