I wanted to share a little something with you all. On friday 7th December I was crowned (Local) ROSEMARY CONLEY SLIMMER OF THE YEAR ( BRISTOL) 2012, ENGLAND (Rosemary Conley is the slimming club that I have attended throughout my weight loss journey)
I am overwhelmed as my journey started on 21st March 2011 and I hit my weight target on September 3rd September 2012... I thank God for enabling me to succeed in this... It's a lifetime change and I am determined to help and encourage as many people as I can that they can also succeed if they put in the hard work they will reap the reward... BE ENCOURAGED :0)

I have been doing KICK BOXING twice a week since July... I think that has really helped me get in shape... I still have some way to go though... :0)0
