    Weekly Goal: 3500
    Mon: 247 Step Aerobics- need to up my game to get this going !
    Tues: 390- 10 miles on bike
    Wed: 590- 10 miles on bike, 30 mins weight lifting~ bench, lat pulls, leg press, 20 mins Step Aerobics
    Thurs: 710- 15 miles on bike, 30 mins weight lifting, step aerobics
    means I need to bust out 718 cals on Fri, Sat and Sun to reach my goal !
    Friday: 1307 burned- 15 miles in the a.m., session with Trainer Friday night.
    Sat: 516- bike, weights (lat pulls, reverse flys, jack knife, planks, bench, dead lifts), 15 mins step aerobics
    Sun: 480- bike, step aerobics.

    MADE GOAL !! but, was really pushing myself to get it all in the last few days. Need to work on this.

    OK, here it is the last day of the week ... I set this crazy goal for myself and I have a long way to go! I'm gonna try to do it, though. At my modest level of fitness, this means a lot of minutes with resting and protein snacks in between.

    OMFG!!! I did it! I am INCREDIBLY proud of myself! I don't know that I have done anything productive as far as weight loss, but I pushed through and completed the calorie goal. Considering that three months ago the only calories I burned were used to walk to my car and into the office, I feel this was quite an accomplishment.

    I can only assume its muscle I'm putting on , but I have no way of testing it its very frustrating!
