Looking for encouraging uplifting friends!

Hi, I just started a little over a month ago and so far my motivation has kept me going. But I know I will need encouraging and uplifting friends to continue this journey! I first stumbling block--strength exercise!

  • Hi, feel free to add me! Start small, 2-5 lb weights and fun videos - Jillian Micheals has some good ones. Also, look for group classes. Other people (and good music) can distract you from the pain. Good luck !!
