I make something similar but I use White Whole Wheat flour. White Whole Wheat is like the albino sibling of Red Whole wheat and nearly identical in nutritional value and our bodies process them the same.
It is a win- win because it tastes lighter then regular whole wheat. If you have a spouse who is not a fan of the nutty flavor in whole wheat it is a good compromise :happy:0 -
