    Weekly Goal: 3500+

    Mon: 326 cal (35 mins Exercise Bike - 233 cal), (15 mins Walking - 93 cal)
    Tues: 420 cal (20 mins LaBlast Dance - 156 cal), (25 mins Cross Trainer - 264 cal)
    Wed: 240 cal (30 mins LaBlast Dance)
    Thur: Rest Day
    Fri: 329 cal (40 mins LaBlast Dance)
    Sat: 267 cal (30 mins LaBlast Dance)
    Sun: 342 cal (60 mins Walking)

    Total: 1924 (Tracked using HRM. Doesn't include fitbit adjustment ,so could be more).
    Left to go: 1576

    Even though I didn't reach my goal (I think I was too ambitious), I have been a lot more active which is the most important thing!
