not very inventive, but simple & yummy snack

I tried this just to see if it worked and i''ve been hooked ever since.

Simple low cal snack: Danon Light & Fit - Vanilla Yogurt w/tbsp of dried shreaded unsweetened coconut. I'm sure that any brand name of either would work great, but I like the danon flavor and haven't tried too many other brands. You can have 1/4 of the container and with the coconut it's less than130 calories. With a good imagination this can remind you of eating ice creme. :D

I also went a step further and pan-toasted the coconut and although the effort was minimal, it really didn't add any additional taste so I have kept it simple since. Adding in a spoonful of coconut is hard enough as it is... ;)
