Eating Well Magazine's website had a 28 Days to a Slimmer You article that provides daily meal plans and recipes for a 1200, 1500 and 1800 diet.

Eating Well is one of my favorite resources for healthy recipes!! I especially love how they tell you how to freeze certain recipes , how you can make ahead and where to find certain hard to find ingredients in the supermarket!!0
