Eating Well Magazine's website had a 28 Days to a Slimmer You article that provides daily meal plans and recipes for a 1200, 1500 and 1800 diet.

    Eating Well is one of my favorite resources for healthy recipes!! I especially love how they tell you how to freeze certain recipes , how you can make ahead and where to find certain hard to find ingredients in the supermarket!!
  • Looks like a great variety of meals. And it seems that it is easy to take with you to work or school.

    I live with my Dad, so it might be hard to get him to be everything needed. It would be expensive... there is so much to buy!!! I definitely would LOVE to try it, especially if I can get my Dad on board. Thanks!
