I am trying to figure the calories for this leftover soup that is in the freezer.
If I was making it the first time I would recipe build it.
I tried looking up a similar soup on recipe zaar since they always have nutritional info but all the potato soups there have cheese and/or cream.
This is a potato soup cooked in water (not broth) with bacon and mushrooms.
Anybody care to take a stab at it?

you could try and break it down ingredient by ingredient to get a baseline idea.0

If i were you I would guestimate how much there is of each ingredient. Or, go to sparkrecipes.com and build the recipe and then try to figure out the portion. I hate it when that happens!0

Thats a good idea, thanks!
Spark says 120 a cup but I am going to use 150 to be safe.0
