Yes, in my *kitten*, but I don't think you can spot gain0

Grab a spoon and a jar of natural peanut butter. Insert spoon into jar. Insert spoon into mouth. Repeat.0

As already suggested, eat more and drink more whole fat milk. Also try adding olive oil to your food. A few tbsp. a meal will add on a substantial amount of calories over time.0

I was a little light in the *kitten* myself about a month ago and used whey protein to gain weight. Not sure if it's gluten free or not but blend it with strawberries, peaches, bananas etc at least twice a day with soy milk. You can probably gain a few pounds with whey.0

Yeap, I been on a gain cycle for 3 months now.0

Chocolate, cakes, don't move so much, cheese, a can of nutella a day.0

Yep, currently.
My advice is:
1. Eat more food.
2. Eat more often (not for any bogus metabolism argument, but because of the physical limitations of your stomach).
3. Eat more calorie-dense foods.0 -

Say that again, slowly this time...0 -

Ok, Please do not listen to all these people telling you to eat a ton of fat, sugars, (gallons of milk), oils, etc. That will only cause you health problems and you would surely feel like crap. Your body will level out at your ideal weight when it is fed what it needs. Just eat whole foods. (fruits, veggies, grains, nuts, seeds) The nuts will definitely help you put on some weight.0

There are good fats and bad fats.0 -
yes, but I'm not about to do it by eating all fatty crap. No thanks... I'll just keep adding meals.0

Because eating fat makes you fat, right?0 -
Roasted veggies with lots of olive oil black pepper and garlic fresh sliced tomatoes with mozzarella fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil, gluten free pasta with pesto and pine nuts, lots of dried fruit and nuts for snacks and tonnes of avocado. Don't listen to the girl who says not to eat oils, certain oils like olive are full of good fats (it's saturated fat that's bad) and help to lower cholesterol but will bump your cals without harming your health as another poster mentioned just cooking your food with extra olive oil and using oil as a dressing will bump your cals without you having to increase your portions. Good luck. Ooh and dress oriental dishes with toasted sesame oil it's lovely xxx0

Oh, you guys....
say "insert" and "mouth" in the same sentence and you get all moist :laugh:0 -
Thank so much you guys. For a while I was drinking 1-2L of chocolate milk. I think I might go back to doing that. I do love peanut butter so I might just snack on that all day too!0
