30 day shred

Hello fellow commited exercisers...hats off to you first...Can anyone please tell me how to add Jillian Michaels' 30 day shred as exercise? I cannot find it when I search for it. Thanks in advance.:smile:

  • I asked the same question about 4 weeks ago when I started mfp. I was told 20 minutes of circuit training under the cardio section!

    I wear a HRM and burn a different amount every time. For me though, the circuit training number on MFP was pretty close. Good enough for an idea. If you really want to know, consider getting a heart rate monitor.
