Challenge is finding a Challenge to join

Hi, I am new to MFP (1 week) ... I am interested in joining a challenge group. I have read some of your posts, but am still unsure of which ones are actually good and work... I want a challenge to stick to everyday... but not something that is just "exercise 25 out of the 30 days this month" I would like diversity in my challenges. I stick to things better that way. Any ideas? What are the groups that work for you? How do you join a group?

    I am in heart rate monitor group (3500 cals/week" and five pounds a month group as well as the original group I started with "Visualize This"

    I was thinking the same thing...I want to joing a group but its sorta intimidating because they all already know each other so well. Seems like maybe there should be a monthly Newbies group to join....?

    Vonnie and Comfortfoodaddict you might like our group. I'm pretty new to it, joined MFP last month, but everyone is very welcoming there. Our particular focus is late night snacking, on junk food especially. We try to go one week at a time. So it's easy to keep track of and get off and on as needed. This week's was started my lulabellewoowoo and goes from March 29- April 4th.
