George Foreman Grill

I'm thinking about buying a George Foreman Grill (GFG). My gas grill needs to be replaced, but I don't want to do that until next spring.

Typically, we use our gas grill year-round. I love to skewer veggies (with olive oil and kosher salt) as a side dish for dinner.
I'm wondering how the GFG would work for veggies, etc.

Works awesome. I use mine 3-4 times a week.
Fish, chicken, veggies, burgers, you name it.
(also good for paninis and melts.)

We have one and we love it! We haven't used it much of late though, due my desperate need to get to the grocery store. We have made chicken, steak, and burgers on it. I haven't tried veggies yet, but I'm anxious to try that!

I love veggies grilled on my George Foreman Grill. Asparagus is phenomenal. I also make "burgers" out of portobello caps grilled on the GFG. So yummy. Eggplant's good too.
