Over on carbs

I am ALWAYS over on carbs. I have it set at 45%, so that is about 135 carbs per day. By the time I eat my fruits, drink milk/eat non fat yogurts, I am already up to 100. That isn't even counting whole grain breads and the 'starchy/bread' carbs. By the time the day is over, I may be over 160. Is it bad to be over on these? I am under on everything else. Calories are pretty close to the 1200 I have set.

Not really. Carbs is too vague. Carbs includes both fiber which is insoluble and sugar which is the thing you really want to limit yourself. I knocked the carbs off and count my fiber and sugar. I'm always over on sugar though, b/c I eat fruit. I never limit my intake of fruit.
  • re-do your settings if you're under on everything else. i have carbs at 55%, and it works out perfectly for me.
