Hello i am new at this and hope others can help! I am 33 and have tryed about every diet their is i just cant stay with it!

  • With this program you can log the food before you eat and prepare it,,,,, see what your calorie and fat intake is in advance and you have second thoughts about eating it :)

    I can echo pawprint! This is all about a lifestyle change, NOT a diet! If you diet, you will ALWAYS put the weight back on, because you finish the diet and go back to your old ways!

    This is all about learning about food and realising you can still have takeout! Just less regularly, and knowing you've earned it at the gym!

    I would always suggest, first 5 weeks, bank your exercise calories as your body wont realise whats hit it yet! Then you MUST eat everything you burn up to your calory limit every day! otherwise you will plateau! And nothing is less motivating than working your *kitten* off and getting nowhere!
