Best exercise DVD for beginner?

Looking for the best exercise DVD to use at home. A beginner for sure as I hate exercise. Any recommendations?

Walking at home by Leslie Sansone is AWESOME! Any of them are good for starters. Add weights to make it more challenging.0

I like her dvds also but her constant sillyness wears on my nerves. Thank heavens I can mute that out and add my own music to the moves.0

Prevention Walking DVDs with Chris Freytag, anything by her is awesome. Check local library.

I agree with the Leslie Sansone recommendation. I started out using her 1 mile video and at the time I could only do b/t 30 seconds- 1 minute at first. Then I just kept increasing every day until I finally made it to the mile. She has a lot of choices too and I know for a fact they work!0
