The weight lifters here love to call the cardio kings and queens here "skinny fat". What is the term for the lifters that have to time their 5k's with a sundial? Bulky weak?

Remember, most of us can still sprint faster than you, and when we catch you...

(that was meant as a joke, and in no way a threatening message).

Disclaimer added for those sarcastically challanged.

Skinny fat is a body type, it doesn't necessarily have anything to do with exercise choice.

This won't go the way the OP wanted

    This.

Also never noticed the weight lifters here calling pure cardio people skinny fat based on their exercise...

    Probably Ripped.

Not sure anyone would consider it derogatory though.

Probably just "power lifters". Those are the big dudes that you're talking about. They probably don't care what their 5k times are. Cardio would burn off their precious muscles. Most lifters are probably in between at some point. They can probably do a fair 5k and still squat a couple plates on each side. You don't have to be either one.

I see people refer to skinny fat more with the people who starve themselves with no exercise at all.

Cardio bunny and meat head are what you really want.

Actually, I was just looking for some funny answers in the Chit-Chat, Fun, and Games section. I actually do both, though my squats and deadlifts are limited due to a recent knee surgery. Good that you guys made sure to be insulting . . . .

Lifting sets of 10 @ 225 on bench, 90 for curls, 120 for dumbell rows. Getting there.
