Hello :)

Just wanted to say hello to everyone, i just joined MFP yesterday and I'm stoked to loose some weight. I've tried many things and I'm always @ 280~285lb and I'm 6'2".. If i could just loose that 100~ it would be awesome for my health in the future..

Turning 24 soon in 9 days and thinking about how my parents health are i don't wanna follow them.. My dad had a heart attack when he was 32.. He is still living a wonderful life with my mother, he did turn himself around from eating wrong. Also diabetes runs in my family too, so its another reason to start eating better now..
