I go to the gym very early in the morning and I would like to have a little food in my stomach before working out what are som good options to try that are grab and go snacks?

    Apples, bananas, granola bars, yogurt, toast, pop tarts...

    Any type of fruit is usually great before going to the gym.

    i always love bananas, or a granola bar, because it's light, and helps give you energy! :)
  • before my morning work out I drink a protein shake. It works the best for me. I love the one from GNC lean shake (except for vanilla bean.)

    I munch on dry honey nut cheerios or chex cereal. About 1/8 to 1/4 cup ties over my hunger for about an hour for my workout.

    banana, slice of toast, glass of milk? all 3 if you're hungry!

    I have a piece of wheat toast with a TBS of peanut butter. Put s a little something in my stomach without weighing me down.
