Some people do not partake of fizzy pop at all. I sometimes have a cola that has all of its sugar intact, I need sugar/carbs...artificial sweeteners are something I tend to avoid to be honest.0

I generally don't drink a lot of fizzy drinks at all, but when I do, I always drink the full fat versions, and just work the calories into my day. I'd much rather drink the suger than the artificial sweetners etc that the diet/zero versin have in, and I prefer the taste.0

Nope. Tastes great and I love it... but I don't drink it anymore. No soda for me. I've had two sodas in the past 6 month and they were both ginger-hibiscus natural sodas.0

the smart butt answer would be " yes we all drink diet pop and eat salads " but the real answer is its best to drink water but an occasional diet pop wont kill you.0

Diet Dew is my diet drink of choice, I have convinced myself it can't be bad for me, concentrated OJ is the second ingredient....lol

I like caffeine free diet coke, but I only have about two cans a week now. I'm trying really hard to drink more water and less fizz/squash0

No, you're right. I eat clean, train hard and lift heavy. My apologies if that was misunderstood. Cutting soda did make a positive impact though...so did drinking a gallon of water a day and pissing every 5 minutes.0 -
