Honestly if I feel like overeating, or having a feast multiple times a week I just do it. I'll gain what, a lb? Not even with all the working out I do. I eat clean 90% of the time so if the other 10% is equal to 4 times the normal intake of my clean eating -then ehh, more fuel.0

Calories dont count when I'm on vacation
but I still get stomach pains when too full so have to limit portions if I want to try all the foodz0 -

OR
Fries. Every possible version, including wedges (with sauces... mayo, sour cream, sweet chili, tomato sauce, aioli)...
