What a span of 7 months will do (pics)

I started out at 315 on May 22nd, 2012. Today I hit 239.5. I rarely am able to eat under my goal of 1400. I have a lot of days when I'm not proud of myself. But I try to exercise at least 5 days a week. I try to get out and move, even when I'm not feeling up to it. I'm able to do things I wasn't able to do before. Before, I found it hard to walk a mile in less than twenty minutes. Now I can run a mile in 9:30 and a 5k in 35 minutes. I just am here to say that if I can do it, you guys can do it too. I hope I can just encourage someone that is feeling down today. Anyways, I just wanted to share. Good luck to ALL of you on your adventures, whether you're just starting or almost done.

    Thank you all! Other than dieting and running I try to go to the gym twice a week for lifting and core. It doesn't happen as often as if like, haha!
