Diastasis Recti - has anyone ever had, and healed, this?

input is appreciated! have you ever had this? can you share what you did to fix it? I think it is interfering with my workout routines (Having increasing issues with abdominal pain and discomfort).
Please let me know if you have this and if you were able to fix..

DEFINITION OF DIASTASIS RECTI
The word "diastasis" means separation so a "diastasis recti" is a separation of the rectus abdominis or the outermost abdominal muscles. When the muscles separate, the connective tissue that joins them stretches sideways and the more it stretches sideways the thinner and weaker it becomes.

I've just started looking for some ways to fix this problem this week. (I had a baby 10 months ago and my abs split sometime in my third trimester.)
Obviously, since I'm just now trying to fix it, I haven't had success yet. lol. But I found several workout videos on YouTube that illustrate how to isolate the right muscles. Try this? http://www.youtube.com/user/MomsIntoFitness/featured?v=6mpd3EVRaO4#0
