Does anyone know how to add calories from painting? I am painting the hallway, bedroom, livingroom, bathroom and kitchen this weekend but its not an option in the exercise database.

do you have access to a heart rate monitor? this would be the best way to figure it out.

2-3cal/min if you're hellbent on adding something.

I googled it when I did it... I think I budgeted about 250 calories an hour for it. Lots of bending, stretching, climbing, plus moving furniture out of the way.
