New here and wondering what you take to maintain healthy muscles and nerves while dieting/exercising? So far I started Vit D3 (critical low level), MG adn Fish Oil. Also plz state why if you can on the supplements? I have MS and need to be concerned about not stressing my body out too much in the beginning, and only on day 4. Thanks :)

10,000IU of Vit D, 4 times a week. I feel so much better with decent Vit D levels. I notice I get colds less often. They are finding Vit D has anti-infection properties. I also take Mag, biotin, probiotic, and melatonin.

Well wishes for you and managing your MS.

Fish oil is the only must. Get blood work done to find out what other vitamins you need to supplement.

None, but I understand that you have MS so need to take what your doctor has you taking. :)
