Need help making a workout schedule

I've been doing research on different workout schedules and I must admit that I'm still stumped with what to do. When I go to the gym I feel completely lost with all the machines and the free weights in the back. What I'm asking for is someone to help me set up a schedule for myself so I don't go in trying to figure out what I'm doing.
I'm 5'4", 165.5lbs, 30% body fat. I'm trying to drop down to 120-125lbs. I'm looking to do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day (just walking right now) and then want to add in stuff for the gym.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

always remember that when you workout, pair it with the right amount of food intake. regulate some of your foods. know what type of food you should eat on every meal or snacks. just have some discipline, patience and perseverance. good luck! i know a list of foods that you may follow on with your diet, http://www.top-5-diets.info/0

find any beginner routine. if you have a question about an exercise or how to do it properly, youtube is fantastic.
