Need some help.

Hi guys,
My issue is ever since i started my weightloss journey ive had some days where i dont eat anything at all sometimes i go two or three days without. Its just that i always have this thought in the back of my head that tells me ill put weight back on if i eat. I know its not healthy and that my body will start to metabolise the fats i have stored...but sometimes without realising at the end of the day ill be like I didnt eat anything today. Does anyone go through this? What can i do ? Any help would be great. Thanks!

You need to be eating everyday its not healthy for you to not be eating. Think about it this way maybe not eating for days will help you lose a lot of weight fast but in the long run you'll just gain it all back even faster since you didn't lose it right in the first place. maybe if you don't feel like eating anything you should at least drink some juice. Eat more veggies and fruits during your day taht will not make you gain weight. Just try eating smaller portions, don't overdue it. Good luck!0

thanks for your response- i agree with you, and will eat fruits and vegetables to compensate for some calories I should be consuming everyday.0

if you are counting your calories and staying at your goal, you will lose. dont starve yourself. eat!0
